Learn Survival Skills at Painshill Park near Esher

Fans of Ray Mears and Bear Grylls will love this adventure. Painshill Park are offering a Survival Workshop this summer for children aged 7 to 12 years old. The workshop begins on Monday 30th July at 9.00am and ends at 4.00pm. The cost is £18.00.
Let the kids run wild in the woods at Painshill Park
Children will have to find their way to the sheltered woods with a map and compass then build a den out of whatever they can find. Light a fire, cook a snack then do a water test with the camp instructor. Have lunch in the new camp then make a stretcher to carry friends down the alpine valley. See if you can complete the blind folded trial then find out the skills to track animals such as badgers, woodpeckers and rabbits. With your new skills you will stalk your prey in a water pistol game and finish by make some sand sculptures.
