    Esher will go to the polls this Thursday 21st june
    Following the sudden death of Esher's labour candidate Bruce King last month the by-election was postponed and a new candidate selected. Read more here. The new candidates are as follows with a small summary of their plans for Esher: Dennis Hill for the UK independence party Gary Lay for the Esher Residents' Association Mick Moriary for Labour Tim Oliver for the Conservatives

    Local elections will take place on Thursday 3rd May and the count itself should be completed between 3am and 4am the following day at Sandown Park racecourse.
